WhenyoudonotusetheES70,switchoffthedisplayandthecomputer.
IfyouknowthatyouwillnotusetheES70foralongtime,werecommendthatyoualso
switchoffthetransceiver(s).Sinceeachtransceiverisnotprovidedwithapowerswitch,
youmusteitherdisconnectthepowercable,ordisengagetherelevantcircuitbreaker.
Whenyouaredockingyourvessel
Ifthetransducerisactivatedwhenoutofwateritmaybedamagedbeyondrepair.Itis
thereforeveryimportantthatnoonetriestousetheES70whenthevesselisindrydock.
Toensurethatthiscannothappen,disconnectthepowersupplycabletotheeitherthe
computerorthetransceiver-orboth!Y oumayalsoremovethecircuitbreakerson
theACmainssupplytotheES70transceiver(s).Dothisbefore
thevesselisplacedin
thedrydock!
